Our apartment homes start at $1,495 per month. Please note that utilities are not included in the base rent.

At The Woodlands, we offer a wide range of amenities designed for comfort and convenience. Residents enjoy access to multiple laundry facilities, relaxing pools and spas, a fully equipped fitness center, and a resident business center—perfect for both work and leisure.

Yes! We welcome your furry companions. Our community features a dedicated pet park for their enjoyment. There is a monthly pet rent of $35, with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Please note that breed restrictions do apply. We also comply with all applicable fair housing laws regarding assistance animals, including Emotional Support Animals

We offer flexible lease terms of either 6 or 12 months. Keep in mind that shorter lease durations may result in higher monthly rental rates.

We offer both in-person and virtual tours for your convenience. In-person tours can be scheduled through our website under the “Contact Us” section. Virtual tours of all floor plans are also available online.

Our application process is simple and fully online. Just visit our website and click “Apply Now” to get started. The application fee is $60.48 per applicant, and a $200 holding deposit is required to reserve an apartment. Application requirements include: • Household gross monthly income of at least 2.5x the rent • Verifiable rental history • Positive credit history

Yes! Each apartment includes one assigned covered parking space at no additional cost. We also offer ample uncovered parking for guests throughout the community.

Utilities are not included in the rent. Residents are responsible for water, trash, and sewage services billed through the community, as well as electricity, which is paid directly to SMUD.

Our community is fully gated with multiple entry and exit points. We also offer a nightly courtesy patrol service that residents can contact if needed.

There are several schools located in the surrounding area, including Bannon Creek School, American Lakes School, and Jefferson School, among others.

The Woodlands is ideally located just minutes from Interstate 5 and Interstate 80, making commuting simple and efficient. Public transportation options, including nearby bus stops, are also within a short distance.

Residents enjoy easy access to a variety of shopping and dining destinations, including Discovery Plaza, Park Plaza, and Stone Creek Shopping Center. Nearby options include grocery stores like Belair, restaurants such as Mezcal Grill, and everyday essentials at CVS. Just a short drive away, Regal Natomas Marketplace offers an expanded selection of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Yes! Bannon Creek Park is conveniently located just across the street, offering a great space for outdoor relaxation. Discovery Park is also nearby, featuring scenic trails, picnic areas, and recreational spaces.
